MVE TICKET POLICIES
All tickets are NONREFUNDABLE & NONEXCHANGEABLE - SALE ARE FINAL!
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket (unless otherwise advertised). Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change.
In the case that your ticketed event is cancelled by Moore Vision entertainment for any reason an exchange and or ticket credit will be issued for a future production or MVE experience.
Due to the nature of live performances, all programs, policies, dates, times, prices, and discounts are subject to change (or cancellation) without notice.
All performance seating is assigned, reserved seating. A ticket is required for admission into the theater.
As a courtesy to other patrons and performers, admittance is not allowed for children under 3 years of age.
LATE SEATING: For the respect, comfort and safety of the patrons who arrived on time, if you arrive after the show has started and your seat is still available, both the timing and location of your seating is at the House Manager’s discretion. If seated in a seat other than yours, you can be relocated to your original seat at intermission, if available.
CAMERAS & OTHER DEVICES: We are under strict licensing agreements and federal laws which require that there be no type of photography and audio/video recording of our performances. Violators are subject to ticket forfeiture.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Please ensure that all noise-making electronics (phones, pagers, PDAs, handheld games, etc.) are turned off before the show starts.
No food or drink allowed in the theatre, except bottled water
Ticket user assumes all risk of personal injury incidental to or occurring prior to, during or after the event and agrees not to hold Moore Vision Entertainment responsible in the event of any personal or property loss.
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a $5.00 discount and can avoid any processing fees, if paid with cash or check. These discounts are not available online.

Payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the show either in person or via mail, PO Box 441764 Houston Texas 77244.
TICKET PICK UP
The box office opens for ticket pickup thirty minutes before the curtain rises.
Please pick up tickets at least 10 minutes prior to the advertised performance time.
If you are unavoidably delayed the day of the performance, please contact the box office immediately at 346-349-2013 and we will hold your tickets. Do not email this request, as we may not receive it in a timely fashion and your tickets may be released.
WAIT LIST - SOLD OUT
In the case of a sold out show, wait lists requests are taken via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or showing up 30 minutes prior to any show and requesting wait list status. If you email the request, you must arrive at the box office 30 minutes prior to curtain to reconfirm your intent to purchase a ticket, or your name will be removed from the list. If any seats become available, they will be sold to those remaining on the list, in the order in which the requests were received.
Wait list tickets will be sold at full price — no discounts are accepted for the wait list.
